The room was incredibly spacious, boasting one of the largest bathrooms I've ever experienced. I loved the breakfast buffet, which had a fantastic variety including smoked salmon and pancakes, truly setting the tone for a lovely day. The hotel's location was perfect—just a short stroll to the Old Town, offering both convenience and a quieter atmosphere.

The breakfast had a large variety of foods, including traditional options that would satisfy anyone. The friendly staff made my experience much better, as they were quick to help with any of my needs.

staying at Best Western in vilnius was an absoluteley underwhelming experience, with no room upgrade despite my requests. the bathroom was stinky, causing me immense distress each day—honestly, i expected better. also, their breakfast was just mediocre, not what you'd expect from a supposed 4 hotel. it was almost worthy of a good review, but here we are.

My experience at Best Western Vilnius Hotel was incredibly disappointing. The cleanliness was appalling. I encountered numerous issues, including the lack of proper housekeeping and a swimming pool that felt neglected. Additionally, the service was horrendous. staff members were often rude or unhelpful, leaving me frustrated throughout my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the spacious, clean room and the big bathroom that felt luxurious. There were some great relaxation spots like the garden area where I could unwind and a cozy nook perfect for reading. The only slight downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from my experience. 😊

Great hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. The staff even helped me with a local food delivery number on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a fantastic city trip!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was a highlight, with so many delicious options available. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Although the decor is somewhat outdated, the spacious room had a wonderfully large bathroom, which was a real plus. Breakfast offered a broad selection, showcasing local specialties. However, the lobby area could use a refresh, and the pool appeared in need of maintenance.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Old Town, making it easy to explore the city. The conference center and business amenities were quite helpful for my work needs. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both cold and hot options, which was a great way to start the day.

I stayed in a Double Room for 2 nights, and it was pretty comfy. The space was large, and the bathroom was one of the biggest I’ve seen. There was a kettle which was nice for getting hot drinks. Breakfast had a good variety, although I’d say it was a bit average. It was clean enough, but the decor felt a bit dated. Overall, a decent stay, just could use some updates!
